    that line means that he/she already know someone's been looking at him/her for quite some time..probably a co-developer of the firmware or someone he/she worked with and probably with that line he/she means that he/she is under blackmailing of that person..in programming industry..it's either you got spied or rather someone is actually stabbing you at your back for a long time without you noticing.
