lol at the beginning part..it's just like me when I first saw PD..I didn't give a damn about it since it's musical and I don't like music games before..but right after I saw the Sega Prize Item on greenhills..it seems like Miku's calling me to get her..I often went there to look at her fig...dunno why I started playing PD after that but after some tries, I manage to love the game..

ReplyDeleteYou're Windows regional settings must be in Japanese to set this up and to play it.
Here's a guide if you're on XP or Vista.
(I'll just quote my post on the Visual Novel Group on crunchyroll.com)
"Most of the Visual Novels needs that you operating system was in Japanese. To do that you have to configure your windows regional settings into Japanese. In the next lines i did a mini-guide where you can do that on your windows.
Regional Settings For Windows Vista
1- Push Start + Control Panel, click it
2- In Control Panel, look for Regional Settings, click it.
3- Choose Administrative Tag and Push Change Regional Settings (I think that this will put on English)
4- Choose Japanese and Push Ok.
If my mind is not going blind it will ask you if you want this settings for the current user or all the windows user, you have to choose the correct want (What do you want). The other thing that will ask you is to restart your windows, you have to do it to take the changes.

And now it comes in Windows Xp.
Step 1 and 2 , are the same as the Windows Vista Mode.
3- In the Language Tab, choose the 2 checkbox cause you will need it to view Japanese Characters. (Oftenly is installed, cause the browser when you visit an Asian website it ask you to Install) It asks you to insert the Windows XP CD-Rom.
4- We have to choose Japanese Language and push Aply. Another think to put is the checkbox that is on the end of this line to put only for the current user or all the users.
It will ask you to reboot your system to take the new configuration."

it starts, but then I get some kind of error with what looks like c++ coding and it says :

the line it appears on is 4112
I think the error is because its doing some kind of math and someone split the forumula over 2 lines (but it's acting like is should all be on one line)
trying the other copy (that bugged one was the torrent listed on hongfire).
ReplyDeleteThe 2-part rar download seems to have some kind of bug in it during extraction. (when I go to install, it gives a bad-CRC or something.)

as for error code 4112 my eroge playing experience tells me it cant detect a directory or something similar to a noDVD crack so try first the japanese unicode then try again to play the game
